In order to implement the spirit of Opinions of CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and Hubei Provincial People’s Government on Strengthening Scientific and Technological Innovation and Leading High-quality Development (issued by Hubei [2018] No. 28), build an open-oriented scientific and technological innovation cooperation mechanism, and “set up the stage” for international scientific and technological cooperation, we (the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province) plan to hold “2019 Hubei International Technology Matchmaking Conference” in Wuhan Zhongnan Garden Hotel from November 6th to 8th, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Conference Participation and Projects Matching
1.1. Each Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, State Science and Technology Bureau, Science and Technology Bureau of County directly administrated by the province, Science and Technology Bureau of Shennongjia Forestry District, and the Administrative Committee of National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, please organize the enterprises and institutions under your jurisdiction to attend this Conference. Each unit shall designate ONE contact person and shall submit the Form of Representatives Attending 2019 Hubei International Technology Matchmaking Conference (ATTACHMENT 1) to Hubei International Science and Technology Exchange Center before October 25th.
1.2. We will invite the science-and-technology enterprises and technology transfer service agencies from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Singapore, Japan and the Republic of Korea to the Conference to discuss project matching and business cooperation. In order to improve the project matching efficiency, all regions and units are required to organize enterprises and institutions under their jurisdiction to know about the project demand information in advance, and submit the Project Matching Form of 2019 Hubei International Technology Matchmaking Conference (ATTACHMENT 2) to Hubei International Science and Technology Exchange Center before October 25th.
1.3. All the participants shall bear their own travel expenses and accommodation costs.
